- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆the wait was absolutely horrible almost 2 hrs , and 30 people inline most having to stand the full duration, AND ONLY 3 PEOPLE WORKING with two others watching over there shoulders acting like there helping but talking to others about crap not pertaining to work . also dont get me wrong it was nice of them to find my ATM card but the thing is i tried called three times a day for two days and after no answer i walked up there figuring i could just ask probably the simplest question on earth and just like on the phone not one person even bothered and again almost a full house of standing people and three workers with yet again two others watching over there shoulders... people when ur behind , i dont give a damn if ur a manager or supervisor get ur ass on another computer and start moving the people through! and hire some more as well . to bad that when they finnally mailed it to tyndall bank the bank makes it manditory to destroy the card and send a new one , all this couldof been avoided , but now i set here no atm and waiting for 3 weeks for a new one aside from that expect long waits and no where to sitBy Ryan Peacock, August 18, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The gentleman assisting me was very helpful. But we did have multiple sources of ID with us, so it was easy to wade through the requirements. It still took nearly an hour to process two driver's licenses, but they were from out of state and not renewals, so it required a lot of forms and photocopies. .By Larry Tullock, April 07, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I got online to see what I needed to bring with me to title and license a car from another state. Walked in and was treated very nicely.
